Steven Sams is a solo practitioner with the Indianapolis, Indiana law firm of Steven Sams, P.C.  His areas of practice are diverse and include:

·         Employment Law, including employment discrimination, sexual harassment and worker’s compensation

·         Family Law, including adoption, divorce, custody, child support, parenting time rights, and guardianships.

·         Personal Injury and Property Damage, including motor vehicle accidents, mold litigation, and medical malpractice.

·         Business Law, including contracts, commercial leasing, business formation and buying and selling of businesses.

Mr. Sams is admitted to practice in all Indiana state courts, as well as the US District Courts in the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.  He is also admitted to practice in the United States Court Of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
